IBSUniversity CDC Launches First Employability Session
The Career Development Centre (CDC) at IBSUniversity successfully launched its first session under the newly restructured employability program, upholding its commitment to prepare students for the demands of the modern workplace. Held on 25th February 2026 at the IBSUniversity Open Arena, the session titled “Basic Business Understanding” featured Mr. Naveen Raju, Founder and Executive Director of PNG Limited (trading as NextGen Solution), as the guest speaker.
The session was designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and business practices, equipping students with practical knowledge essential for professional success. The employability session is designed for 3rd and 4th year students at IBSUniversity, offering them a unique opportunity to engage with industry expertise firsthand.
Through an engaging and interactive presentation, Mr. Naveen Raju provided valuable insights into how businesses function in real-working environments. He emphasized the importance of aligning strategic thinking with practical execution, helping students understand how organizations operate beyond theoretical frameworks.
