Employability Session 2, Career Advisory Insights on industry Perspectives

IBSUniversity, through its Career Development Center (CDC), successfully hosted its second employability-focused session titled “Career Advisory Insights: Industry Perspectives”, on March 4th, 2026.

The session was facilitated by Ms. Tracy Wafewa, Talent & Learning Resource Centre Manager at Steamships Trading Company. As an experienced industry professional, Ms. Wafewa brought valuable expertise and practical insights, inspiring students to take a proactive approach toward their career development.

This employability session is part of the IBSUniversity CDC program aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Ms. Wafewa delivered engaging and actionable guidance that will be helpful for students in their future career: Her discussion includes:
